Robyn Luthi
I love Melfort and surrounding area! I grew up here and chose to raise my own family in this great community. I have always had a passion for real estate and felt it was the career choice for me. Since 2016, I have worked diligently helping my clients reach their goal of owning property be it residential, commercial or farm. I co-own a construction company with my husband and possess a wealth of knowledge on new builds and renovations. I have also earned a Bachelor of Social Work and completed my Office Management and Brokerage course as I feel continuing education helps one grow and diversify in this business. I have an outgoing personality and believe in providing my clients with the highest level of professionalism. Ryan Anderson
Ryan was born and raised in the small farming community of Naicam, SK, where he continues to maintain close ties to his hometown roots by participating in many local community boards. Ryan understands the importance of volunteering his time to help support local businesses and giving back to a variety of organizations in the area. Before beginning his career in real estate in 2017, Ryan worked in the banking industry for 9 years which allowed him to gain valuable experience with the financial aspects of buying and selling farm, residential, and commercial properties. When working with his clients, Ryan passes down his knowledge to help guide them every step of the way through the buying or selling process. He understands that buying and selling is one of the biggest decisions in your life and he is here to listen to what you need from him to meet your goals. His extensive background in the customer service industry and his determination to provide the best service possible for his clients makes him the perfect agent to help you with your next real estate transaction.
April Goranson
April was raised between Meath Park and Candle Lake on a small farm and now calls Candle Lake her home. She has a bachelor’s degree in education with a major in physical geography and is looking forward to using the knowledge and skills gained in university to assist her real estate clients in her new career. April is involved in her community by volunteering as the secretary/treasurer of the Candle Lake Sailing Club, volunteering in SnoDrifters and is a member of the Candle Lake Chamber of Commerce. A few times a year she also helps her partner Jared host Young Eagles events, which offers free flights for children wishing to experience the thrill of flying. Whether a client is looking to buy or sell in Candle Lake or in the surrounding areas, April is willing to meet clients wherever they may be and help them with their real estate needs from residential to farm properties. April is very excited to join the locally owned and operated team at Prairie Skies Realty!
